at first glance it looks like the chalk outline is playing soccer, but i guess that's some kind of logo for the traffic police?

oops, at first glance i mistook this as a third execution of these warning tapes ads...

agree, it looks like this guy was playing football.

would be a great ambient idea to remind drivers to keep to the speed limit in a housing area (with a kid's silhouette instead)
