I think the other two ads are more effective, because the other two have an implication that the receiver of fax is stuck and cant do further work, the countries fax ask to get back "only if" conditions satisfied..and the next one mentions "will be travelling so not available"
in this one the receiver can still call up the sender to clear the prob.
