Hôtel de Glace of Canada: Frozen messengers
Objective: Promote the Grand Opening of the Hôtel de Glace in Quebec City, Canada.
Issue: The Hôtel de Glace is a green project so the campaign as to be too.
Solution: They put a lots of snowman everywhere in the city with to Hôtel de Glace’s logo on their belly. A green way to interact with the environment of the population.

Agreed with all comments above. unless that logo is well known, it's pointless. But if the logo is well known, it's borderline brilliant and extremely eco-friendly.

Each year the media cover l'Hotel de glace very intensively, it is part of Quebec City winter festivities. It is well known and booked solid years in advance.

grand opening? not very smart
The Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) is an touristic attraction in Quebec city since 10 years and the logo is already known.
The Grand Opening happens every years in january.
So for this campaign, the challenge was to remain the population about the Grand Opening on january 21th 2010.
Some media talked about it and the Grand Opening was a great success.
