Just the rubber band sticking out of a wall in combination with a mural is considered a great guerilla idea? It's not really witty or smart. It looks good but what's the difference in idea with the print ads earlier on the page when it's all about that brazilian feel? I really miss a good idea.
nice idea. it may be a little obtuse for a launch. you run the risk that only people familiar with the product will get it. but i like it.
I can forgive its "obtuseness" and not being so brainy with this campaign since all they're selling is the funky artwork printed on their flip-flops and not the functionality or its comfort... All they need is people on the steet drooling over those coloful paintings. And what better medium to showcase them than on the building walls all over the city?
Its easy to take a road that somebody else open, without the previous work from ALMAP for this brand, BBDO NY would have naver imagined a work like this, its like all the art direction copycats of the work from TBWA PARIS for PS2...
Any way it's amazing work...

I like this out-of-home campaign much more than its print campaign. Great idea!
