Not all who wander are lost.
It seems that Miami Ad school work per defenition reaches the front page, doesn't this belong in the exhibition forum? If not, what are the rules considering the front page, I don't like this grey area as it does not seem fair. Aren't there requirements for sending in work, like actual placement? If it's not spectacular I see no reason why this wasn't submitted to the exhibtion forum in the first place, just something I've been wondering about for a while.
surely this has one big flaw, what if they don't want to buy it! Crap concept looks as if they just wen't through a technology magazine and plonked it on an exsisting ad, it should convince me to shop at h and m not to buy a piece of clothing i could see in the shop down the road
This is not a funny signature
I love trhe potential this new technology has, this ad doesn't expolit it well at all though.

is this creative?
we've been reading about this technology since last year and now some kid used it because s/he doesn't have to care about whether it is technologically possible and effective in costs. and it looks ugly.
no creativity here.

agreed. no creativity involved here
Great idea from a business stand point. However, dropping 40 grand on a Portfolio School to put non-creative ads in your book isn't.
I get the sense that there are a million places to see and interact with stuff you might want to buy - catalogs, internet. I'm not sure that OOH is the best medium for window shopping (as ironic as that may sound).
One real good application for this is for products that get renewed often and online grocery services like Freshdirect.
I would love to go to my fridge and scan a carton of milk, some eggs, cheese etc. and be given a chance to upgrade to a gallon vs. a carton of milk and/or 2 dozen eggs vs. 1 dozen. Or the application could provide similar items on sale.
I can see myself using this scanning process to order from home, go out later that day to enjoy a nice jog in central park and stop over at a supermarket to pickup and pay for the items I bought using this technology.
Great idea!
Don't write that shit down though man, patent that and then sell it to WallMart or something.
Too late now unfortunately.
