It only works if you look at it from one point of view if the dummy perspective is to work, and even then, a very *specific* point of view. It's like those trompe-d'oeil chalk drawings on the sidewalk. The way it's positioned in the photo, 90% of the people passing by will get absolutely nothing from it because it wont make any sense.
