Greenpeace: The melting billboard
Isn't it nice to know that you can use as much power as you like? Let's hope that all your equipment is waterproof.

too much copy...but decent idea
I don't know if it's a copy, but if it's totally fresh I like it ;-)
this comment isn't on purpose - there's just NO DELETE BUTTON...
I really like the idea and I think the copy is absolutely fine. Nice Work.
fake
Of course it's fake. It's a student book entry. But a very good one. Especialy for as for such a worn-out topic.
Scam!
don't you freakin read?? it is a student work, same goes to you "fake" dude
yeah, axe the second sentence and it still works.
Come on guys these are students, I think this is a really good work.

it's not a real work... so why showcase it?
Because it is studentwork. And in AOTW there is student work too.
really really really fake!!!
Yeah, let's chop a big chunk of polar ice out of a dying iceberg so it can melt somewhere in Tokyo over a tiny city in a big fishbowl ...
That'll stop global warming.
Hacho!!!
Oh excuse me, I'm just allergic to scam.
Fine, let's use a big block of ice to show how you don't have to waste water.
pfffff!!!
As student work, I love the general idea, but the line is too condescending. To get me to change my ways you have to get me to empathize with your position. I won't feel that way if you immediately place me on the defensive.
absolutely agree, nice idea otherwise
2's on that

fake!

Honestly, if this idea was indeed executed, how may i ask would you redo it?
What I'm trying to say is that the world ain't all that cool. Some places are H-O-T hot. So even if you put a meter thick ice, in, say, any part of Asia, or in spring or summer for that matter, it'd melt in a day.
And as I see it, the impact from the idea is from the melting ice, cus if you put it up today, and I see it tmr, I'll just go, "Oh looky, it's a global warming billboard, and a tank full of water below it. Wow. Sweet. I'll go home right now and chuck all my electronics..."
Ain't gonna happen. Well designed, not well thought out. All I'm saying.
read the copy - the installation will is supposed to be placed during the winter. I guess there is a thought behind it. and come one guys these are students. i think that this a nice idea to create buzz arround a global problem. like it!
Wouldn't the ice on the bottom of the billboard melt first? (as opposed to the top)
Which would result in the billboard being revealed in reverse...
Because as it melts, wouldn't the water run down making the bottom melt faster?

hey the ice will melt overall (not in the sequence of top or bottom). Anyways nice idea!Cheers!

nice idea but looks fake
IT IS A BRILLIANT IDEA. NO DOUBT. NO NOTHING

Melting polar bear was already done in the One Show too. Same difference.
