Fox Crime, The Walking Dead: Life-size tear-off poster

FRANK's latest work for Fox Crime Norway is a giant poster you can bring home. At least (body) parts of it. To promote The Walking Dead – Season 2 – on a shoestring budget – we wanted to give the audience a true and relevant zombie experience, and at the same time drive more traffic to Fox Crime´s website. The solution was to create a tear off poster with full size zombies, and we worked closely with JCDecaux to insert it at one of Oslo´s busiest tube- and train stations – The National Theatre station. It created loads of attention from the audience, arms and legs were torn off in true zombie fashion.

Needs more arms and legs...that worked for ...what...8 people ?

Think. Then think again.

This little zombie poster got 18,000+ Youtube hits, free PR in local media, and a finalist spot at Cannes 2012.

That's more than 8 people. Right?

In the beginning it said budgets were low. Still wondering if this fitted in the client's budget or the agency added to it.

Brilliant idea for fans of this show. Spot on for the target market, no matter what the haters say.
