interesting but desperate
This seems like one of those ideas that works well on paper but not so well out in the world. What happens at night? What happens when I get up close and the perspective changes? It also seems like those alleys are already filled with a lot of crap.

The idea and placement is good.
But torch light in daytime? I'm not too sure. It is clearly visible at night? Are there lights around the lane?

ha ha one fine day, while hunting for puchka's with vodka i struck with this idea
I think it's a cool idea.
The buildings are the dark and the sky is the touch beam.
Yip simple, I get it.

Umm Interesting
Given all the clutter that's lying around in the alleys, it doesn't look like many people make way up these paths - and even if they did, what happens to this during night time - the time when these torches are supposed to work their charm?

Agreed it might have some practical issues, but nice idea anyho.#

Not working. I think its just the photograph that is communicating. I doubt if the people will get this and start buying the torch. The communication will go off with the sunlight.

I addition: it depends too much on the perspective. It only makes sense when photographed.
Wow. Yet another thing to make an already dark street even darker. Good going, folks.

Here, let me save everyone the trouble of asking. "Do you even work in advertising?"
agree with mukesh bout just the photo working. You won't get the actual angel as you walk there unless you look for it. During the night the torch is...? C'mon guys, you can do better than that.
How many people go to this location? media? Scam?
If the torch is kept in a reverse way, then at night a powerful light placed accordingly under it would have served the purpose.
