As part of their social responsibility program, the peruvian electric company ENERSUR decided to teach little kids about the importance of saving energy starting in Pasco, a peruvian province where ENERSUR has its principal plant.

dont know about the concept, dont think the goal is archieved, but props to the artdirector these two concept boards ( the wwf board as well) are brilliantely layouted!!!!

Great idea. But technically wouldn't the child need to "charge up" every page under a light so that the glow in the dark phosphorescent ink can be seen in the dark?

Yes, true. I was thinking the same thing. I remember charging up these cut-outs before I could read/look at them in darkness when i was a kid...but still a very good idea...if that bit can be fixed i think its a great idea wrt creating a bit of magic for children...works...
