To answer people's questions - No, you cannot sue the opposing advertising agency for their placement because they aren't defacing the actual piece. If you notice, the original is behind a glass frame, thus, you are placing your "ambient" media on the outside of an Ad shell.
Ahhh, the beauty of ambient media.
I think these work only for the fact that if you see 5,000 of these things placed in areas where they shouldn't be, you're gonna look. Good PR too.

Where'd you get that insane idea? There is a company that OWNS and LEASES that space for a PROFIT to another company. They both have every right to protect it, and every reason to.
You are out of your tree if you think that if YOU paid good money to advertise your product and some idiot came by and put a f'n pacifier on it, you wouldn't do everything you could to recoup your lost ad dollars?
