It's a good idea but the torches in both pictures definately look like they've been photoshopped in. Just look at the highlights on the torches.

there was a cann winner 2006 i think where Street lamps had kiosks with a single battery. these are no different.

I like this. One of those 'so obvious' ideas, but I don't recall seeing it. Of course, the odds of the client paying for this through any sort of media schedule are roughly the same as my butt learning to sing like Pavarotti.
