This is not an original idea: it is a copied version of Richard Tipping's artwork "Sorry We're Open / Come In We're Closed" published in an open edition by Ubu Gallery, New York, in 2001. These have been available as double-sided large plastic signs internationally since that time, and more than 2000 have been sold.
