it's been done many years ago by bates dorland, if i don't remember wrong, just the dummy shark was set up on the subway track, so it seemed swallowing a whole train.

A very fun idea. Who wouldn't take notice of it going down the street and even point it out to the people they were with? Nice work.

I saw this in NY last week. I thought they were not incredibly well executed but they seemed very effective and the tourists loved them.
