nice idea. i can imagine people flicking their cigarettes out the window as they pass. then lighting up 30 minutes later. but what can you do.
You almost want to chase that thing down the highway with another big rig carrying a gigantic "lighter". That would actually make an excellent YouTube video clip.
No doubt it's a highly creative piece, but at the end of the day, that's all it is. Nothing more. It ends up being just another vehicle (crash cymbal, someone?) to drive home the already too familiar anti-tobacco message with no long-lasting effect.
I love the "second truck" idea. Although you'd have to turn the cigarette around or you'd light the wrong end ;-)

There was an absent-minded hooker standing on the corner of a street with a tampon sticking out of her mouth. Another hooker walks by and says to her. "Hon, you realize you've got a tampon in your mouth?" And the hooker suddenly comes to her senses and replies "Oh, Christ! What the hell did I do with my cigarette then?!!"
Does it really matter which end you light up when you're inhaling carcinogens and other deadly toxins? ;D

Great execution but as Spanky said, maybe all the chain-smoking people don't give a damn about this. Every smoker knows cigarrettes have toxic cancer-causing chemicals and everything, but they just don't care and don't want to quit smoking. Period.
However, this is a great piece of advertising.

Nothing quite like risking death because you weren't paying attention on the highway reading this.
