I'm from the Netherlands and travel with trains every day, never seen this warning sticker.

would be funny, and maybe adding something small would grab the viewers attention (a baseball cap on the person)

I checked today, these stickers do excist but have different colours, so this example is fake.

Also, wouldn't Coolcat be fined for putting stickers on property of the railway company?

All in all, fail ad ;p

different trains in holland have different colors of doors and stickers. these stickers do exist. the rest i don't know.
