At first it seems a very clever idea. But will it really work, or is there a possibility it would work against the idea? The consumer will act upon with big savings in mind and will be utterly disappointed as she discovers the catch. The idea lies on a strong assumption that people are very eco-conscious and are willing to pay for it, even after being scammed.
Saving energy means saving money. Have you ever heard that in some countries ppl have to pay for electricity? Poor bastards.
