If you mole starts to feel like this see a doctor.

When the reader ran their fingers over the mole, it felt rough and raised in texture.

How they suppose to produce that 'mole' in real newspaper?

Many newspapers have that "tear" at the bottom of every single sheet. I don't know why they do, but I have noticed it before. Like the ad before it with the colored (registration?) dots, this campaign is using the overlooked characteristics left over from the printing of the newspaper as part of their ads.

That said, it's a nice start, but they both could still use some work. Also, not sure anyone in a field unrelated to printing would understand the "color bar" one.
