What is the fake ice made of? Can't be stereo foam right?
No, it is real snow. Taken from the mountain "Bláfjöll" where people living in Reykjavik, Iceland go skiing.
then how lng would it take it to melt, guess in few hours! then they are gonna replace it??

the temperature in the proximity of the ressort is quite low so I think it takes at least 20 something hours to melt down. so enough time to replace it...
Nope, it lasted for one week I think! The average temperature in Iceland is 30-33F
i think it isnt snow.
Just something looking like snow!

great idea. but i don't think it matter whether it's real snow or foam to get the message across.
this looks like the nasty snow at a ski resort after the plow pushes it to the side. someone with a shaved ice machine handing out snowballs would be closer to the fun type of snow.
is it salt ;)
good idea
