I do not think this will work, because people will be frustrated and not read them right away. Most of the people and moment I know of involving tickets are are that people get angry/annoyed. Rip it off their car and put it in their pants or throw them away. When they are cooled off they will look at it. Most of the time this is at their homes.

what a cheesy expression on the guys face! but its a nice idea as long as it doesn't give the owners of the cars heart attacks as in the pic above!
That is the look of your standard angry male Canadian in his mid 30's

There was a similar ticket done for Bahrain:

definitely works better with the Bahrain race. disconnect from medium and message in this summer concert thing. if i got this on my car, i would roll my eyes, say a prayer for advertising and promptly throw it away.
It looks more like a regular leaflet.
Tickets for parking infractions are usually on crappy crepe-like paper and are yellow or pink or green.
I'd toss this instantly.
Actually in Halifax this is exactly what the parking tickets look like. They were designed that way. And they got some attention.
That can't be true. Toronto is the centre of the universe, surely you have identical parking tickets. I shall report your province to the appropriate authorities. LOL!
Sorry, I just thought it was a different colour for each province, I've seen the sames ones as here in Saskatchewan, and Alberta and Quebec. And when I visited Halifax this past summer, I swear I saw the yellow tickets on parked cars. Vive la difference.
Been done.
Cheeky. Like it. So will they.
>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
Been done, seen before, blah blah. However, these must work. At first you feel angry as you see the ticket, you take a closer look, HA! It's not a parking ticket but something else! Ngative turns out being something positive, the advertiser wins.
But is this the right advertiser? Or is it just a good idea that could be used much better to promote something else, ie. a local parking garage (it's been done in Helsinki, works better)?
"Pastes like shit."
Cheesy to the max!!! Horrible guy in the pic, sort of makes the whole idea so 'staged' for the presentation.
"Bowww Wowww"
I Don't like it, however, I think it could work because, if it is the same style as the real parking tickets, it might have prevented the car owner from getting a tciket, if the warden (at a glance) thought it was a real ticket.
But its a big if.
If you got back to the car and found a ticket and this flyer, I doubt you'd be in the mood to think of a fun evening's concert.

It's only an ad.
