It is like a mini shower. It is a common thing in the middle east. People don't use toilet paper.
Actually they use toilet paper as well as the shower thingy. Its just like a bidet only in an easy to use shower format!!

the execution, i guess the eye doesn't convey the feeling of "peeping" or "admiring", The emotion was more likely to be appear in a horror movie. but the way, still an interesting ambient.
