I'd like to add that even though at first glance the ad looks quite funny by itself, it doesn't go pretty much with the Axe worldwide branding. I mean, it's been said through multiple ads that one spray is enough to attract not only female attention but to arouse them. OK, I'm fine until here. But it has been also shown that any man enjoys that moment at its fullest and won't be looking for an exit at all. From my point of view, they are killing the Axe effect by making him run; just for the sake of being funny.
Let's have a quick look again to that TV spot where a man sprays more to get more. Yes, that one where he is at the beach and thousands of girls emerge from almost everywhere and hunt him. The thing is, he lets them do it for his own pleasure. That was precisely his ultimate goal, not to escape from them.

but....he does still run from them for a little bit in the tv spots...as there are just so many girls trying to maul him.
