Yes. Like this idea.
Could have been cooler if the 'lungs' were revealed on the other side.
Looks like a ash tray on one side. Lung disease on the other!

somebody hire this man!

It's an interesting installation, quite a fresh way.

However, it's a good intention but WRONG demonstration. I'm now getting the wrong message that "The more I quit, the more my lungs get polluted".

That's my honest and spontaneous take-out.

Since they placed so many of the 'lungs' around Germany, how many ciggerates must they burned to fill so many?

thelionaspirant's picture 123 pencils

Hey ivan, why is it written print and agency self-promo below the title of the ad?

ivan's picture

Because it's too early! :) Sorry, will fix now.

There Is New Shit Under The Sun. There are still BigBadFatMadafaka ideas.

What was it for?

Chris's picture 1855 pencils

where the f#$k is sao pablo?

Spanky's picture 2023 pencils

almost smart. but not quite.

jennywhx's picture 1144 pencils

so when it's eventually full, will the lung turn into black colour or it is still so crystal clear pretty?
*giggle*

A. J. SMITH's picture 2850 pencils

I like it, quite alot actually, nice thinking without trying too hard, I think Rog said it though, if the lungs were oon one side the ash tray on the other, would have been better in my opinion.

Still good though.

7.5/10 from ol' buggers.

A. J. SMITH's picture 2850 pencils

You should have entitled it 'lungbutts'

Beatboxer's picture 1523 pencils

I think this is effective. All the substances from ciggarettes end up in your lungs for shure. That is, the ciggie itself, like it's illustrated.

Ah, and Bigbadfatmadafaka, it's São Paulo.

Cheers.

My problem with this work is that, basically when you put out the cigarette, you empty the butt into this glass lungs, which for me is....YOUR LUNGS GET EVEN MORE POLLUTED WHEN YOU KEEP PUTTING OUT THE FIGS!

"Bowww Wowww"

A. J. SMITH's picture 2850 pencils

Only if, like a creative you think about it WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much. A punter would get this as intended I reckon.

It is quite effective, It reminds me of some really ugly imagery in quit smoking ads in Australia.

What I love about it is when you go read the copy they did write down there you see:
RESULTS: The smoker's glass lung will be installed...

So if there is no results yet why do you put results in there??????

ahhhhhh!!! You deserve 5 internets for this!!!! Awesome!!!!

You mean this one, right?

TheVinchiFish's picture 86 pencils

Actually, provocatively prefer it as real as possible.
