i would suggest to forget those 2 as they don;t have any plans for expansion the only group tha might be interested for afiliation would be the LAWfirm
take a look at them they are based in London as well. But Wiedens & Fallon at this time is impossible. My suggestion however would be to turn your agency to digital. Here in London everyone starts turning to digital! Good Luck& let us know if any progess
