I am a graphic designer looking to move out of a local ad agency(in dubai) to a multinational ad agency (hopefully in dubai as well) where I have the opportunity to execute my ideas and work with great art directors. I want to work in an agency that will encourage me. At this point , I have ideas but not the clients that are willing to do something different. Help me out..
