He or she will need a talent for creating big ideas and be able to articulate them both visually and verbally. You’ll need to be a whiz at Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Quark. An understanding of Web design would be an advantage.

A great personality is essential as well as a willingness to get stuck-in
