It's ok, but combining objects seems to be a tired concept. If you insist, you need to execute it extremely well!

common this is the fifth or something ad on this forum that replace a moussewheel with another round object.

no it's not
The topic of marriage is very personal.
Most people would not buy their rings online, they'd rather hold it, try it on, see if it works with their body type etc. The creative is ok (albeit overdone) but you're not on the right track.
Think of your target market, think as if you were the one to look at these rings?

Would you buy online? Would this ad make you buy online?

no this is not nice.

this is

a. idea is overdone (replacing mouse scroller with round things...)
b. execution looks crappy
c. bad strategy

"Oh wow, I've got a brief for an online company. Now I can use that picture of a mouse that I found on google. All I have to do is find a ring...wait...got one...just paste it on to the mouse pic...got the logo, this is too easy. Being an art director is a piece of cake, what's all the fuss about? Look out Cannes, here I come."

-This is an all too farmiliar senario.

mmackinven said it all.
it is not enough to say "marriage stuff online". you just describe something nobody cares about. you can't touch it, you can't try it on, you can't talk about details. this is what comes up, when you just describe what your client is. your ad has to tell me WHY i should buy marriage stuff online. think about benefits and let your ad describe them
