Weight Watchers

Here's a crude drawing of an idea, probably been done before but I don't know.
Possibly for weight watchers or some kind of weight loss program.
The idea is for a Bus ad, the door opens and in turn reduces the size of the belly.

it's okay.
sorry I didn't comment, I'm trying to withhold myself a little bit ;-)
Yes, definately shoot a bus and put it on there. Are there different types of busdoors in new zealand? or tubes? i'm sure you find one that doesn't "cut" the belly off that way makes it really look cool. like those sliding open. don't know i've never been to new zealand (but i plan to;)
Like the art.
The idea...so, so.
This is for a 'Zeus' panel and it's placed on the actual template for the side of a bus. These bus's have the sliding door so it doesn't actually 'cut' the belly but reduces it in size.
Put it in my book?

Won't you execute it in photoshop?

I liked idea, but what about artwork?

For my book, I won't finish the art off, will just sketch it onto a bus outline and keep it simple.

Peow Peow be it :)

yes definately put it in your book. but it's a shame you want to leave it sketched! this is easily executed with average photoshop skills and a digicam. don't you know someone who can do this? whould work much faster and look a lot better then
I can easily do it all myself, but I don't want too many polished ads in my book. It's recommended to have a few good scamps even drawings on tissue paper!
Also if it's just a drawing then the art direction cannot be criticized (you know how subjective this industry is:P)
But who knows, we have the Weight Watchers account and might even go through with it. But we'll see.

yeah, i know what you mean. there are ideas i whould agree to leave scetched. this however i suggest you to photoshop. the idea to work with busdoors isn't new (don't know a belly version, but definately a lot of great ads). i think this should look as funny as possible in your book. a hairy belly shrinking (perhaps revealing the headline in the opened door) will strike much better.
also, i don't know for the world, but the "i'm such a crazy creative idea machine, i had one on my way here, and scetched it on a tissue paper, cause i am such a rebel"-tactic is a bit old.. no offence, of course ;).
just my opinions anyway. do as you like. wouldn't be too bad scetched either (perhaps show a little more of the bus - i had to read the description to get what i see)
Peow Peow it is ;)
good one
I'm finding it difficult to picture how this works. Got a pic of the door?
