I get what you're trying to do but these ads are not working. You have bad, bad visuals and the art direction and typography is very ugly.
Agree, they don't look very nice. There is something interesting in the first one. you might want to explore that idea more. But you have to work on the art direction a lot more.
oh and the placenta is really disgusting
