I was thinking "Why is it upside do.... oh..." which is probably your desired effect, so I give this a thumbs up from my view :)

I would make the "horizon line" slightly, (very very slightly), curved, as if on on the hood or whatever. And maybe (maybe not) turn down the opacity on the reflection slightly, (very very slightly).

For this image I would probably adjust the opacity of the reflected bottle.

I do think it is a nice simple idea but it's maybe not pushing the idea far enough. The idea has a lot of scope and I don't think it is been met here.

Alternatively, the photoshop work should be top notch and it's not.

Simple idea, not bad. It's very heavy handed though with the black background and the pack being so close up. With some refinement in the art direction, this could be quite good. Sometimes, less is more. Try and push the less.
