Ambient for that might be cool. If you're going to do this ad right though, I wouldn't use the tire against white background. I'd actually have it on the car as a real photograph with darts in it -- or broken glass all around it.

Tubeless tyres are nothing new, they've been around for yonks, and you can puncture a tubeless tyre. Runflat tyres are the latest in tyre technology.
And by "yonks," he means it was patented in 1903. Although they've only been in commercial production since 1947.
