In other words, start again with a blank page.
Try and simplify the composition by reducing the amount of copy and arbitrary visual elements. If you work with a creative writer then you could try and come up with an idea to attract attention. At the moment this is just a piece of mediocre graphic design. The sort of stuff you see everyday and just flick past. If you're trying to impress someone for a job in an agency, you need to show a strategy and an execution that is unique and clever, in other words, something that will knock their eyeballs out. With this you could get a job in a down beat publishing firm.
