The glow-in-the-dark business card informs customers about the new electrical emergency service. The fluorescent business card glows when customers need the electrical emergency service most: in the darkness of a power cut.
I was wondering how this work. Where would you give this out? How the customers know this will glow in the dark? Without turning off the lights?
Do you just barge in to one office, turn their lights off, give them the card?
It doesn't matter where u give the card to the customer. They will notice the glow effect when its getting dark outside and they haven't switched on the lights or exactly in that moment, when they need the service most: in the darkness of a power cut.

Good use of medium. Nevertheless.

That's what I thought.
Here's the thing. The visual look like an office scene. No matter day or night, we still on the lights. No?
