I assume with the "ticks" on the ends of the cigarettes, that they are supposed to look like a shotgun? Then why arre there more ciggies on each side? Your type could also use some more attention.

Also, it's a pretty nice thought, but it has been done several times previous, with better execution I might add. Keep up the thinking though.

Wait wait wait, I retract my previous advice.

I now see that it is making breasts. You have a problem, you have a clear visual solution, but it is not at all relevant. Yes, your ad is about cigarettes, and yes it is about breasts. However, your ad is about how bad breast cancer is, making breasts out of cigarettes does not solve the problem at all. I know this isn't your message, but to me as of right now, it says "Smoking=Breasts". The pink ribbon helps, but you can't rely on that, strengthen the idea first.

If I am missing anything, please let me know.

I agree with this. The art fails to deliver the message. Using a better art, you wouldn't need the long line.

Look like a red ribbon to me. This ad is a jumble of many ideas, none of which are executed properly. And yes, Biz is right, it seems English is not your first language because they are too many grammatical errors to count.
