hey nand... cool thought, its interesting. I just think it would be better playing around with temperature scales. Maybe place a cigarrete inside the temprature, i dunno. After the sick-rate, putt a fullstop.. but again ur talking about sick-rates not death rate. if you're trying to say sickness that causes death, then it needs better copy. but yeah...cool!

there was also another ad i saw where it's supposed to be the loading bar or progress bar which has been used to resemble that of a cigarette.

I was trying to play with words i.e. cigarette which cud be SICK-RATE, ultimately causing high increased DEATH-RATE.
Message was sort of : You are not smoking cigarette but sick-rate which leads to high death-rate.

I think that is the point: That can remind you of stadistic bars, and those stuff.
I like the idea, could be a little more impactant (but is very clean, is fine).
