I like this. however i don't like the pictures in my head after seeing it.. guess women should decide ;)
does this thing really look that big and ugly? perhaps you should look for one that looks a little more comfortable. or just showing it smaller might help
Okay, I get this ad. It makes sense. But nope I'm sorry, as a female this is not even beginning to make me want to buy the product.
There's no copy telling me why it's going to stop leaking eg side protection, moves with your movement, ultra absorbant core etc. All it is is a fanny pad with a drain on it. I'm not convinced.
Also, I hate the pack shot. There's something ick about being reminded you need to wear what is in effect a nappy for x amount of days.
Sorry, that was pretty brutal, but I am a girl I suppose...
I'm with the general consensus on this one: Holes = drain = leakage. I'm also not entirely sure that a woman would would derive a positive connotation from an image of a pad with a cold metal plate on it.

You don't sell sanitary napkins (pussy pads? what the fuck, son.) by showing the product. And this looks like you're saying that the pad will leak through like a shower drain.
you sure? i've seen many ads selling sanitary napkin that shows the actual product...maybe be u should try flipping through the newspapers more...sometimes creative people do get a lil detached from the real world...it's time to get back to reality...
btw, having said that, it doesnt mean that i agreed to this concept...the leaking perception is quite understandable :)cheers
i get the idea, but also i agree with what rebelscum comment. perhaps the u can forget on the pad by showing the drain hole only, atleast it shows the function of the drain hole.

ya... u r right.
that's better (for me) :)
Cheers!
a question is that those tiny holes maybe accelerate the leakage
The tiny holes will help it absorb and make it dry faster just as in your bathroom floor.
no sorry, for me (as a women) it looks like it would leak.
did you find any leakage on your bathroom floor drain hole??
or the water come out from it??

Something like the recent tampax tampon ad was the way to do it. http://www.blogissues.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/tampaxcompak-thum...

To the bin, and let us never speak of this again.

It leaks. Is that suppose to be the USP?
unclear, convoluted, contrived.
kill this puppy.

Just horrible. Only sells the idea of not buying this product!
Looks dirty. It's like trying to sell an used condom.
