Besides that, this ad needs no headline. The knife visual says it all. But I think it could go further. Maybe show something you'd be embarrassed to have, or something iconic that instills some kind of fear, or is even playful.
I'm thinking of an image of Frankenstein, but with no scar on his forehead, or Sally from Nightmare before Chritmas with no stitches :P something like that. It would have to be VERY well retouched to get the idea that they're showing off their nice clean blemish-free skin :)
