The gun thing is overused for anti smoking ads, however you have handled it in a slightly different way, slightly. The art could handle a bit more care, more than slightly.
Davosk is right, the gun HAS been overused in anti smoking ads. Once again, This doesn't convince anyone to stop. Smokers won't look at this and say "Oh... Crap. I didn't know that. Guess I'll only smoke when no one's around me now". Convince smokers to nto smoke next to other people. This is not a game of show and tell, this is advertising.
