I'm not in favor of this ad. There are too many things going on at once, the logos dominate the image, the line is too rough and the copy above the two logos reads together as "A project of Designed by". Sorry if I sound super critical.

yeap brandon is right... visual is ok... but definitely you need to work on the text part as well as formatting of text...
