If you are trying to show that there is no more paperwork so the forests are thriving, this is quite a reach.

Very nice idea. I got it right away. The placement of the headline is a bit disturbing.

I looked at the image and I was like, WOW nice forest. Than I read the copy.. paperless office. So, I thought aha! that's why the forest is so nice. So in my mind the thought/idea was complete. Most importantly it was an encouraging thought to think that by using this product I contribute to conserving nature. Its something that I would buy into.

but still... how to make this better ? I still find it not reaching the fine line. The typography ? the layout ? the copy ?

I see what Ivan is saying now and I agree that the ad os noteworthy. But it seems like you are after a way to make it better...

- The line "No more paperwork" doesn't work for me. When I think paperwork, I think of it as a synonym for work, not actual paper. I got it better when Ivan laid it out as a "paperless office" because that says exactly what you want. Maybe something like "keep paper in it's office" (sorry, I know that is horrible, but I'm an AD.

- Look into typography, your placement and size are nice, but the font makes me cringe. The thing I tell students is that as an art director/designer you are trying to prove to the world that you are different and creative, so how can you claim you are creative and different by using a system font like Myriad or Arial that millions of working class people use daily? The short of it is, you can't (unless you are highly skilled or the layout is begging for it).

- The solar flare coming from the trees might seem to say "Ah look, I'm refreshing", but to me it says "Ah look, I'm distracting". I would get rid of it.

As far as the bottom portion of the ad goes, it looks good and professional, I would leave it as is. Nice start stsanto.

Sorry but I don't think this is a very nice idea. I think it's more a first thought.
Less paperwork = conserve forests. Under my point of view this is not very worked,
although the image of the forest is really beauteful and the ad is nice executed and easy to understand.
