Hi,
This is my experimental ad for Moleskine, made for transit poster and press print.
Any critiques are welcomed (even encouraged!)
And if there's any grammatical error noticed, please do tell me. I wont be offended (eventhough I'm a copywriter - how sad)

There are germs of ideas here, but you need to make them more hard hitting.
I agree. A lot of the lines have solid thinking behind them, but need to be re-crafted. The one I like the most is the Surprise Yourself line. I always go through my old moleskines, and it's a great insight.
Hey thanks for the comments. How abt the art direction? Is it too simple?
It is very simple but being based on the label it's not altogether inappropriate. If you were to go with this layout, I would make the copy stand out much more, so people don't overlook it.
However, considering what people use their moleskins for, there is a plethora of beautiful visuals you could use as concepts for an ad.
Well yeah actually I've been trying that. But however anything that I made - they wont be better than the ones in Moleskinerie or Moleskine art web. They are really good at making that thing. I wish could make beautiful illustration or painting like they had did. So I decide to go clean (this way). But I'll try again though.
