Im just not sure about target. If thats a body line training or something why you use breast as a visual? Not all women have nice breast so some of them could feel uncomfortable with this ad. Another point of view could be that this ad is quite sexist because you suggesting that men like only fit women ect.
i find the idea good, however you might be a bit out of the way. Marie France doesn't do the silicon thingy right? It might be better if you use the body shape, and to avoid being sexist and to save men from extinction, you could have other copy like "decide your altitude" or "draw your own map (or whatever they call this mapping)"
