dunno what it says but i read bed and sleep in the title and i see jumping sheep so i decided it can't be good...
(unless you have some kind of great line there)

in turkey, when u can't sleep, u are recommended to count the jumping sheep. so that the AD says, u dont have to count them, let the others do that.
When you can't sleep anywhere, you're recommended to count sheep. I'd stay away from this visual/idea.
^yarp. The frequency with which this idea/visual is used is staggeringly high. You might be able to use something so cliché if you had some killer copy, but you don't. Also, as a copywriter, I have no idea of how to generate something out of thin air for this, because ultimately all of your choices should be strategically motivated and the art should integrate with the copy. You haven't done enough product research or creative strategy formulation and what you're left with is a first idea concept that is, at best, pointless and unmemorable. I also have no idea what your product is, or what the difference is between your product and the competition.
Sorry but i have to agree with jteslik, to use this AD you should have a great copy, but until now you don't have it... so i think is not good idea to use it...
