If Apple is a euphamism for Heart, then why is it the stethoscope with the control dial on it?
Also, this is a control dial from a G3/G4 full-size iPod.
Regardless, this immediately draws a correlation between an iPod and some kind of health factor, which is not something you;re trying to do, nor should you.
