Honest and Open Feedback Needed for Interactive Agency Website

Hello Fellow Designers, Art Directors, Creative Directors and assorted Creatives,
I'm looking for your honest and open feedback about the new website we have launched for our agency, Singularity Design. We are an interactive agency with a fairly varied client base, but our goal is to shift our client base to focus much more heavily on consumer products and consumer brands.
