It's a pretty good idea. I've seen it done in different ways. Obviously this is not final photography, but the concept is there I think.

Hey, the best part of this ad is the interesting device of 'Not showing the
people with shining teeth but merely the suggestive'. That calls for good art
director. I think the guys behind this, have successfully achieved that. Congo!

The layout's different but the idea has been done, much better by Ogilvy Mumbai for the same category
