Maybe you can do something special for outdoor?
thats kind of a broad suggestion... what would you recomend?
for outdoor i think
'gu--ess' would be better; without 'who' and without the logo.
kinda like a teaser
but not
if ya know what i mean
lol
- "Develop your eccentricities while you're young. That way, when you get old, people won't think you're going gaga." -
I thought better about this and I'm afraid people can think "guinness who?", like "who the heck is Guiness?".
Am I wrong or this could really happen?

Sorry dude, but what does "lol or no" mean?
Bad English.

true, bad english. because it is a 'cyber' english. i don't say 'i am laughing so hard!' i say 'lol'..
what I meant with 'errr no' is.. '...no. d'oh!' (homer simpson?)
i think noone would think 'guinnes who?'.. because the viewers put the 'guinness' in the sentence..
it isn't a given.
they read guess who.. the rest is their imagination.
ahh
lol btw (laughing out loud by the way)
ppl should learn to chill.. n b nice.. (people should learn to chill.. and be nice)

Thanks man, I've been of great help.
Btw, I know Homer. But here we have The Simpsons speaking Portuguese.

I'm a lady.. not a man
ooo Portuguese simpsons.. but homer's original "d'oh!" is worth hearing =)

I'm sorry, lady. I wont forget.
I have seen Simpsons in English and it is a lot better than the one in Portuguese. I just don't remember the "d'oh!".

why the guinness logo? think you don't need that after years of their "white-brown" campaign
you would think that. but there are SEVERAL people that are still unfamiliar with guinness. the color, the style... etc... a call to action is needed, i think. non?
dont put the logo
The man who stops advertising to save money is like the man who stops the clock to save time
Leave the logo in. It works.

thanks! thats what i was thinking!
Please, definitely NO LOGO, it will be great rather than good.
i think you kill the headline with the logo. i'd find it a lot smarter and funnier without it. well, you can't make an ad everybody finds perfect ;)
If the Logo is IN whole idea is crushed. There's no point to guess – „there's no time to play”.

Brand recognition. Leave the logo.

The branding is the head of beer. Has been for decades, everyone knows it.
no, not everyone. most people... working on this campaign, i met several people that had no idea what guinness looked like.
again, thats what i was thinking. there are people (believe it or not) that have never heard of guinness. so a little "gue___ss who?" is good, but there has to be some sort of call to action... some sort of, as HOLA said, brand recognition. a company pays for an ad... they want to make SURE that people know who its for.
saw this as a print ad first... works way better as print.. why a billboard? its not working with the environment at all.. dosent communicate anything different..so why put it on a billboard? i think that there needs to be a reason to do a billboard and in this case i just dont see it.. so.... keep it as a print.. cause it is doing absolutely nothing interesting as a billboard.. its just a HUGE print ad..
works for the campaign
For me logo or no logo is not the issue here. The thing that concerns me about this ad is that when you fill in the blanks, the ad reads " Guinness Who?" Which makes no sense. I wonder if you should drop the who and the question mark, and simply let it read "Gu___ess." By the way, why is the first "G" not capitalized?
all lower case is a little more aesthetically pleasing. proper caps is not always necessary in advertising.
I like tit :-) damn good :-)
works better in print.
