there is some problems with the color of the imagery. First is too saturated and color burned. The second is the cleaner and clearer image, but i would place the copy elsewhere where it is now is floating not conecting with anything.
In the last image i would change the color of the stones, they are too distracting, as they jump forward because they are by far the warmer color in the ad.

Play with scale and perspective so the watch in foreground is closer – then people can see it. Watch becomes hero and ad is more interesting. If you do this you can simplify the photos. That big piece of coral in first execution is too distracting, as are yellow pebbles in foreground in third ad.
Line could be better. "Lives off the light" is a little clumsy. e.g. "Light keeps it ticking" or, "Light gives it life" Consider making headline the tag and drop eco-drive.
