Your line is very good.
Visual looks to be forced. If you can shoot where the child is working upon something, it will be better. Now it looks like he is posing for ad.
Image should have depth. It will go better with the thought.
Font used is so polished and sane. Use bolder and little heavy typefaces even if you are allergic to them.
You don't need to tilt the line also.
Do you have some figure like '5 lac children' or something? Its adds credibility.
The uneven edges are unnecessary.
Final Suggestion: When your idea has weight, keep the layout simple.

Concept is good. Easy to understand the meaning (Child labour).
Needs to be personalized more like adding the logo and donation information.

Line is not gramatically correct. "get into their fathers shoe'" does not exist as an expression. "Follow in their fathers' footsteps" would be correct. And look out for the correct use of the apostrophe on Fathers'. If their are several children and several fathers, the apostrophe comes after the S.

"Follow in their fathers' footsteps" is not what he's trying to say. Children are forced to do what their fathers do, they have no choice. But I agree with it not being grammatically correct.
One thing, you should try not to repeat what the image is already saying in the headline.
Certainly needs a logo too.
