This billboard was just installed at a Gas Station. The photo quality isnt that great. Would appeciate any feedback, comments, critiques, advice. Thanks.

Okay, I'll chime in:
What's the idea behind these billboards?
The idea is to show the 'liquid' as oil and the gears to show 'engineering'. The main impact here though is of the design as it makes the entire billboard look fluid and visually captivating.
I'm sorry, but this ad is, as you said: "High impact design". There is no idea in it, at all.

Yes, this is actually executed in a gas station in Pakistan. The idea is in the high impact design.
Definitely high impact. I wish you had a creative idea as well, but still it works I think.
